QSI Academy was founded by Celso Alvarado – one of the world’s leading experts on ISO standardization, with more than 25 years of experience working with large and small organizations in a variety of management system disciplines. Base don this experience, QSI Academy developed a training method which allows your organization to pick and choose the best combination of topics and training levels in order to meet its ISO management system training needs in the most efficient and effective manner.
In order to get trained and certified to audit various ISO management system standards, our competitors typically require that participants sit through the several weeks of training on the same repetitive ISO 19011 topics. This is profitable for them, but not necessarily cost effective for your organization.
QSI employs a unique, time-tested modular approach that allows you to optimize your organization’s training budget by offering several ISO standards during the same week. That is why over the past 20 years QSI has trained over 10,000 auditors from several Fortune 100 companies and organizations from all over the world. At this time our courses are being evaluated by ANSI in order to get an accreditation under the ASTM E2659 standard.
Our Training Methodology
QSI offers a novel, semi-remote Auditor / Lead Auditor training solution that combines online learning with face-to-face workshops all supported by new distance learning technologies.

QSI offers intensive courses where the interested person achieves training as the leading auditor in 40 hours.

QSI offers courses of all international standards and their updates and transitions.
Requirements for QSI Trainings:
1.- Complete 100% of the Fundamentals module of the specific standard, online
2.- Complete 100% of the module corresponding to ISO 19011 standard, online
3.- 90% Attendance to the on-site course
4.- Approve continuous evaluation of performance during the development of the on-site course, which includes activities such as:
• Active and effective participation in the discussions and instructor questions, along with an effective communication with the class group, team activities and role play
• Satisfactory performance in written tasks (clarity, technical vocabulary)
• Showing of personal skills and technical capabilities for auditing management and / or for team leadership
• Attendance, punctuality and participation in all activities
5.- Approve the written exam with a minimum score of 70%
Semi-Remote/Online Options are available for some courses.
